The new office will provide help desk and IT support to the Federal health market. From this new location, HumanTouch will deliver user support, training, quality assurance/testing assistance, documentation, technical writing for scientific and programmatic systems, and web-based application development against recent contract wins.
A key area of service provided by HumanTouch is in the operation and maintenance support of help desk facilities. The company manages these facilities using the industry best standard frameworks such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Specifically, the service framework of incident and problem management provides industry best practices and guidance in order to allow the Agency to continue on its growth pattern without process failures.
