HumanTouch Welcomes Wendy K. LaDuca as General Counsel

McLean, Va. (August 15, 2017) – HumanTouch, LLC, which provides strategic, managerial, and tactical expertise to supplement its security, technology, and infrastructure support services, is pleased to announce that Wendy K. LaDuca has joined the HumanTouch team as its new General Counsel.

Prior to her appointment as General Counsel at HumanTouch, Ms. LaDuca was Senior Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP (“SPB”), providing legal advice on complex corporate, securities and corporate governance matters to clients across various industries.  Immediately before SPB, Ms. LaDuca served as Director/Principal at Kalorama Partners, LLC, working directly under Harvey L. Pitt, 26th Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and founder of Kalorama Partners.  At Kalorama Partners, Ms. LaDuca served clients as skilled independent regulatory and corporate governance counsel in developing strategic approaches for novel, complex and unique legal problems.  Ms. LaDuca also spent several years as a corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions attorney at the law firms of Muldoon Murphy & Aguggia LLP (acquired by Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP) and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.    

Ms. LaDuca holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is barred in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and the State of New York.

HumanTouch Awarded Seven-Year $561 Million Systems Engineering and Integration Blanket Purchase Agreement with Census Bureau

Provides Technological Support for Agency’s Ongoing Digital Transformation Initiative

McLean, VA (April 19, 2016) – HumanTouch, LLC, a global leader in cloud and on-premise solutions that maximize visibility and strategic insight into business operations, today announced that the U.S. Census Bureau has awarded the company one of five small business blanket purchase agreements (BPA) as part of the Systems Engineering and Integration program tier. The contract term is seven (7) years and has a total estimated value of $561 million.

The acquisition framework consists of the following three tiers: enterprise, program and project created to support major efforts such as the Census Enterprise Data Collection and Processing (CEDCaP) program, the 2020 Census and the Economic Census. HumanTouch will provide systems architecture, engineering, development and integration services at the “project” level throughout the U.S. Census Bureau in support of these efforts. As part of the BPA, HumanTouch has already received a task order to provide support to the CEDCaP – the integration of 14 projects that enable systems infrastructure to communicate in a standardized format.
