Our Culture

Here at HumanTouch we greatly value work/life balance offering a very family-friendly work environment. Instead of the typical team building activities, we have "a night out at Nats Park' and invite employees and their families to enjoy a nationals game each year. We treat our staff like family, we have our staff nominate over 10 charities that we donated towards every year. 

We expect a lot from our employees but the rewards are awesome!  Our Kudos program allows employees or clients to praise staff for a job well done giving them a chance to receive rewards such as concert, movie or game tickets, gift cards or restaurant certificates.
