Challenge: A major Department of Defense (DoD) client had more than 1000 ongoing projects with no centralized, standardized way to track their progress and status. Their projects lacked visibility and they had difficulty accessing funding and needs.

Solution: Developed in 90 days, HumanTouch implemented an on premise PaaS/SaaS that significantly increased productivity. By implementing a stage-gate process with time-phased project visualization, the client is able to dynamically generate quarterly internal review templates, and produce scorecard-based project portfolio assessments and reporting capabilities. We are currently operating and expanding this solution.

Value Added Outcomes: HumanTouch was able to take the client's preparation for PMRS from a multi-month effort to a much more accurate one that took less than two days. Their dependency on PM software licenses was reduced.
