An individual with no less than 2-3 years' experience as an advanced user or general administrator of the Splunk tool. An individual working under this labor category will act as a liaison between ESAT-PMO and its customers (the users of the tool) to provide end-user training and assistance. Additionally, individuals serving under this category will work hand-in-hand with ESAT technical personnel to gather requirements and develop the appropriate Splunk content (e.g. rules, reports).
Minimum education requirements: no less than a 4-year degree in information systems or other relevant discipline. Vendor certification and/or training is expected but not required in cases of relevant experience serving in this role.
