Senior HP/ArcSight Engineer

An expert with no less than 5 years’ experience with the ArcSight suite of tools architecting, deploying, and managing complex enterprise-wide projects similar in size and scope to the ESAT Program. An individual working under this labor category will be expected to perform complex tasks autonomously and without assistance. These individuals will be the resident experts on the ArcSight tool on behalf of ESAT-PMO when dealing with stakeholders. Therefore, it is critical anyone serving under this category have excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to provide analyses in both highly technical (target audience: systems administrators and engineers) and business-focused (target audience: executive leadership) terms.

Minimum education requirements: no less than a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline. High level of vendor product certification and training is expected.

 

ArcSight Engineer

HumanTouch LLC is seeking an individual with no less than 2-3 years’ experience deploying, configuring, and managing ArcSight projects in medium to large enterprises. An Arclight Engineer will be expected to be able to perform typical day-to-day tasks autonomously, requiring assistance in only the most complex tasks. ArcSight Engineers will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the ArcSight tool and the development of user content (e.g. rules, reports, and basic connector configuration).

Minimum education requirements: no less than a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline. Vendor certification and/or training is expected but not required in cases of established experience.

ArcSight Support/Training Specialist

An individual with no less than 2-3 years’ experience as an advanced user or general administrator of the ArcSight tool. An individual working under this labor category will act as a liaison between ESAT-PMO and its customers (the users of the tool) to provide end-user training and assistance. Additionally, individuals serving under this category will work hand-in-hand with ESAT technical personnel to gather requirements and develop the appropriate ArcSight content (e.g. rules, reports).

Minimum education requirements: no less than a 4-year degree in information systems or other relevant discipline. Vendor certification and/or training is expected but not required in cases of relevant experience serving in this role

Guardium SME

An expert with the Guardium tool with no less than five years' experience architecting, deploying, and managing complex enterprise-wide projects similar in size and scope to the ESAT Program. Program Analyst

An individual with three or more years' experience and skill in understanding, analyzing, and proposing organizational process and work flow designs in a government context. Knowledge of FISMA processes and the application of NIST special publications (especially 800-53) to government work processes. Capabilities with Microsoft Office products with evidence of capabilities in VISIO diagramming, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Demonstrated understanding of government level system and application security audit requirements and functions, and the interpretation and application of those processes to Security Plans and other system or application life cycle artifacts.

 

Systems Architect/Integration Specialist

A technical expert who demonstrates 3-5 yrs. of designing and implementing systems that are variable in type and complexity where a focus on integration into existing environments is demonstrated (knowledge of multiple operating system, data communications and storage technologies). Capabilities include demonstrating where the integration of data from disparate systems is engineered and where knowledge of connector, forwarder, and data transmission methods are employed to integrate systems and information flows across and enterprise environment
