Challenge: Marine Corps Systems Command Total Force Information Technology Systems product group had multiple support contractors providing overlapping capabilities. This caused communication challenges and additional Program Management cost due to multiple organizational levels of management.
Solution: HumanTouch has been very successful providing program support services to the Marine Corps Product Manager for Total Force Information Technology Systems. HumanTouch developed and implemented multiple streamlined management and oversight processes that has enabled the Product Management for Total Force Information Management Systems to maintain high levels of productivity despite declining budgets and resources.
Value Added Outcomes: PATS allowed PdM TFITS to consolidate their support contracts into one contract thus saving cost associated with duplication of effort such as program management.
